The Tissco brand, its logo, website, data, products, corporate names, images, other commercial and marketing materials, related to the Tissco activity, are protected by the intelectual property belonging to the company Crypton Industries and/ or entiteld third parties.
 

The Tissco partner is recognizing the company Tissco of such rights as true and valid.
 

The partner in charge will immediately inform Tissco about a breach of this rights.
 

In a case of any legal disputes, the Belgian law is applicable.
